Snowman Cheese Dip – Best Fast Authentic & Healthy Christmas Party Food Recipe

  1. Place the cream cheese and mascarpone into a food processor. Whirl together until well mixed.
  2. Add the cheddar cheese, process until mixed.
  3. Scoop into a medium sized mixing bowl, and season with salt. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator and shape into 2 different size balls, 1 for head, 1 for body.
  5. Evenly cover the cheese ball with shredded Mozzarella. Form the snowman & garnish with black pepper & lemon peel.
  6. Return the cheese snowmanΒ to the refridgetor until 30 minutes before serving. Serve.
